Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ARTKULT LTD (“ARTKULT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit artkult.gallery.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow websites to function properly, remember certain information and, depending on your choices, help website operators understand how visitors use their services.

Similar technologies, including pixels and local storage, may be used for comparable purposes.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the ARTKULT website, remember your preferences, support shopping and checkout functionality, understand how visitors interact with the website and, where enabled and consented to, support analytics and marketing activities.

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function and do not require your consent. Other cookies will only be used where you have given the appropriate consent.

3. Types of cookies we may use

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website and its core functions to operate. They may be used for purposes such as website security, shopping-cart functionality, checkout, remembering privacy choices and maintaining sessions.

These cookies cannot normally be disabled through our cookie-preference tool because the website cannot function properly without them.

Functional cookies

Where used, these cookies allow the website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced functionality or personalisation.

Analytics cookies

Where enabled and accepted by you, analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use ARTKULT, including which pages are visited and how people interact with the website.

We use this information to understand and improve the performance and experience of the platform.

Marketing cookies

Where enabled and accepted by you, marketing cookies and similar technologies may be used to understand the effectiveness of campaigns or to provide more relevant advertising.

We will not use non-essential marketing cookies where consent is required unless you have chosen to accept them.

4. Shopify

ARTKULT operates its online store using Shopify.

Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide its e-commerce, checkout, security, fraud-prevention and related services.

Where Shopify technologies are used for non-essential analytics, personalisation or marketing purposes in circumstances requiring consent, their use will be subject to your cookie choices.

5. Other service providers

We may use third-party service providers in connection with the operation, analytics, marketing or functionality of the website.

The providers we use may change as ARTKULT develops. Where a service uses non-essential cookies or similar technologies that require consent, these should only be activated after the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Further information about how personal information is handled by ARTKULT and its service providers is available in our Privacy Notice.

6. Managing your cookie preferences

When you first visit ARTKULT, you may be given the option to accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies.

You can change your choices at any time by selecting Cookie Preferences in the footer of our website.

Changing your preferences will not affect cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that blocking certain cookies may affect how parts of the website function.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the website, the technologies we use or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will always be available on this page.
