Complete the application form and tell us more about your practice, organisation or professional background. Our team will review your submission and contact you if your profile aligns with the ArtKult vision and community.
Complete the Artist Submission Form and submit the requested information, materials, and a selection of your original artworks. Your application will then be reviewed by ArtKult’s curators and critics.
We ask artists to submit a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 original artworks as part of their application. If you would like to submit more than 20, you can request to do so during the submission process.
Yes. Submit your first 20 artworks through the form and indicate that you would like to propose additional works. Our team will contact you to collect them separately.
Your profile, artistic background, and submitted artworks will be reviewed by our curators and critics. If selected, we will contact you with the next steps.
Applications are reviewed by ArtKult's team together with selected curators and art critics, chosen according to the artist’s region and relevant artistic context.
No. Every application is considered individually as part of ArtKult's curatorial selection process. Also, being accepted as an artist does not necessarily mean that every submitted artwork will be selected for presentation on the platform.
The review process should be completed within 30 days of receiving a completed submission.
Yes. You are welcome to submit a new application in the future.
The Artist Agreement is provided after your application and artworks have been reviewed and accepted. You will be able to review the full terms before formally joining ArtKult.
The Artist Agreement has no fixed end date and may be ended by either the Artist or ArtKult in accordance with its terms.

You propose the selling price for each artwork during your submission. As part of the curatorial review, our critics will assess whether the proposed price is appropriate, too low, or too high in relation to the artist’s profile and market context. If a lower price is recommended, we will always discuss it with you before the artwork is published on ArtKult.
Our critics and curatorial team review proposed prices to assess whether they are consistent with your artistic profile, sales history, career development, and the relevant market.
Yes. If our evaluation suggests that a different price would be more appropriate, we may discuss a revised valuation with you before the artwork is listed.
ArtKult receives a 30% commission on the artwork price. The artist receives the remaining 70%.
The 30% commission is calculated on the price of the original artwork before any VAT applicable to the end customer is added.
Yes. Artists are responsible for packaging their artworks, so the estimated cost of suitable packaging should be taken into account when proposing the artwork price.
Payment to the Artist will be made within fifteen (15) days following successful delivery of the Artwork to the Buyer and ArtKult's receipt of a valid invoice from the Artist.
For original artworks, the artist receives 70% of the artwork price before VAT.
Payments will be made by bank transfer, with the final invoicing process communicated before you formally join ArtKult.
This will depend on the artist’s circumstances and applicable invoicing requirements. The final procedure will be explained in the Artist Agreement before you join the platform.
Tax and invoicing requirements may vary according to the artist’s country and individual circumstances. ArtKult is finalising its international structure with its professional advisers, and the applicable procedure will be communicated to artists before joining.
Artists may join ArtKult from different countries. Any country-specific payment, invoicing, or tax requirements will be handled according to the applicable arrangement established before the artist joins the platform.
Unless otherwise specified in the Artist Agreement, the artist’s agreed share is calculated according to the commission structure communicated by ArtKult and is not reduced by ArtKult's ordinary platform operating costs.
The artist is responsible for safely packaging the artwork and preparing it for collection.
Packaging costs are covered by the artist and should therefore be considered when establishing the proposed artwork price.

The specific responsibilities for international shipping permits and authorisations are currently being finalised and will be clarified in the Artist Agreement.
An artwork is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the customer and no transport-related issue requiring a claim has been reported.
The shipment is insured. If an artwork is damaged during transport, the insurance process covers the customer while the artist remains entitled to their agreed payment and ArtKult retains its normal commission.
If the artwork arrives without components specifically described as included on its product page, the issue will be reviewed by ArtKult and handled with the artist, customer, carrier, and insurer as appropriate.
No. Original artworks cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
No. Once an original artwork has been purchased, the order cannot be cancelled before shipment.
ArtKult coordinates the claim with the shipping provider and insurer and communicates with both the artist and customer throughout the process.
If an insured artwork is damaged during transport, the artist remains entitled to their agreed share of the sale once the insurance claim has been successfully resolved. If another type of delivery issue occurs, ArtKult will assess the circumstances and coordinate the appropriate resolution.
